Thanks to the local pier fisherman!
I just want to say "Thank you" to all of y'all for being so helpful and friendly every time we visit the pier. We are located about 75 miles north of Montgomery so I don't consider us tourist, but we are not locals either. Several families from our church are coming down June 5th-10th. We don't get to come down enough to justify buying all the salt water gear that we need so we just bring our fresh water gear with us. But y'all have always been very helpful to us in the past. We usually don't come to the end of the pier. I like to give y'all your space out there. This year there will be seven or eight folks with us that know very little about any kind of fishing and have ask me to help them get set up so they can catch some fish. Here's where I need y'all's help. What do I need to do? Just get some shrimp and get them set up to bottom fish, or do I need to go another direction? Thank y'all for any suggestions. Kevin
