BUSTED!
from AL MRD fb page:
Officer Hart of the Marine Resources Division confiscated 31 red drum and issued a total of 4 citations to 2 individuals fishing illegally.
The citations were for possession of undersize red drum and possession of over the limit of red drum.
Since the fish were not able to be released alive, they were presented to the AMRD biologist who collected scientific data used in age and growth studies.
most of these fish were undersized...

It's a shame but it's way too common. I've been around the causeway and bayfront and watched guys load up on rat reds like that.
