Are these fish cribs in little lagoon?
haha, I was wondering that looking at the same thing awhile back.
Those are the "tracks" from the cutter head dredge from they dredged parts of the lagoon and put sand on West Beach.
Really....I guess I never thought of that Carl. My first thought was fish cribs or some sort of erosion control type of structures. Thanks for the answer.
There were several dozen buoys with crab traps attached all running down the middle of Little Lagoon this weekend. The buoys are labeled B-58. At that scale of activity, it doesn't seem like it could be recreational crabbing; but, I didn't think commercial fishing, shrimping or crabbing was permitted in Little Lagoon. Anybody know what's happening here?
I had no idea. Are there any seasonal restrictions?
That is true.
Little Lagoon is NOT on the list of Baldwin County restricted waters for commercial crabbing. see #7 @ ...
