I have an older rack rod from J&M that is 8ft long with wire guides to fish Cobia with. I'd sell it for 100 if ya want it. Pm me or we can meet on the pier if you want to see it.

I have a challenger blank that Pier Boy redid with large eyes 8ft havent used it take $100

Honestly, I am not sure Tom. But your speculation has merit as recent rains would have brought an influx of nutrients into eastern LL and a subsequent increase in macroscopic life feeding on that...
Rain/Red minnows shortage this...
