Nice of you to say. I should have although a lot of the spots were further up on it's body. I had these in the freezer and wanted to use them.

Honestly, I am not sure Tom. But your speculation has merit as recent rains would have brought an influx of nutrients into eastern LL and a subsequent increase in macroscopic life feeding on that...
Rain/Red minnows shortage this...
