Swimbait Slinger
I can't make up my mind on what blank I want to use for a new swimbait and big plug rod I need something with enough backbone to handle a big king or jack but still have enough finesse to work artificials and cast a country mile. Also needs to be atleast 7'. Thanks in advance for the help

I built one a while back on a batson XP 964 and it was a great little rod. Great for throwing 5" sebiles but i could still throw small baits.

Mudhole's new carbon fiber MHX saltwater blanks are a nice affordable option that is comparable to the phenix. You get the same look without the sticker shock.
Good tip Tom! These two big fellas were screaming like girls when that happened to them last week... LOL
A Spadefish safety tip!
