Thread: GILL NETTERS!!

just got off of Facebook and the whole time i was on there i was arguing with a gill netter about netters and how much i hate them. sooo 70 comments later and i made my point. just want to hear what you guys think about netters. and by the way if you have a facebook look up my page its called ban gill netters in alabama.

You are getting into stuff you have absolutely no control over. There are some many jobs and a industry that relies on the gill netters fishing. The lobbyist in the state of Alabama will never let it die out.

why did they ban it in florida and every other state except alabama and alaska? (not being a smart ass its a serious question)

Because commercial fishing, such as charter boats, is a huge industry in both of those states
