We love asparagus too. I like it sautéed in butter & olive oil with some garlic and a little lemon.Carl

Each Spring from late April to June I harvest wild asparagus along road sides . We will usually get 2 to 3 pounds a day . We blanch and freeze some ,give lots to neighbors , and eat enough to pee green . Goes great with crappie .
