    Baked Bluefish foeR dinner

    Real easy. Olive oil in a casserole dish. Filets covered with Italian dressing and lime juice. Plenty of sliced garlic on top. A lilies more Italian dressing and Cajun seasoning. Bake for ten minutes then broil for two minutes. Serve with a good salad and a glass of red wine.
