Next time you get some big shrimp, Big Shrimp, don't throw the heads away. Peel the shell off the head, rinse and then fried them, with the legs. Fry them just like you do the shrimp body/but not to much thick batter. They (the shrimp head and legs) look like a spider fried up, and you will be suprized how good they taste, you'll never pitch a big shrimp head away again!!.
