Grilled Oysters
We had an oyster craving and there is only one cure!
Great thing about 'em is they come with their own little serving plates and you can just go crazy thinking up toppings!
1. Start the charcoals
2. Shuck the oysters
3. Add your favorite toppings while the fire gets going (today we use grated Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese, garlic butter, spinach and even tried Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet and Spicy on a few)
4. Carefully place the topped oysters on the grill grates . Watch out for flames when the butter drips on the coals.
5. Close the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Can use an open grill, but lots more flames!
6. Remove from grill and enjoy!
