This recipe is great when you are feeling a little lazy because it is quick and easy.
Ingredients:
(2 servings-4 tacos)
4 2-3 oz pieces of meaty type fish such as mahi, mackerel, etc.
1/2 cup black beans, cooked or canned will work
1 cup shredded cabbage(pre-shredded slaw mix will work perfectly)
4 flour tortillas(fajita size will work perfect)
Salsa-whatever kind of salsa you like
Sour cream
Season fish and grill till done.
Place a piece in each tortilla.
Top fish with beans, then cabbage.
Garnish with salsa and sou cream then enjoy!
