Looks mighty fine !!!! What kind of dry rub and how long did you cook them ? Do you use foil or straight on the rack ?

The dry rub I used on mine was from a friend that intends to market and would not devulge the ingredients. But the rub I used on my wife's rack is what the Neely's from Memphis use.4 parts Paparika,2 parts brown sugar and 1 part onion powder.
