Stir fried bluefish nuggets
I sorta made this up as I went along, and it's a winner.
1/2 lb. bluefish fillets cut bite-sized
1 lb. pkg. stir fry veggies (frozen)
1 small onion chopped large
1 small green pepper chopped large (seeded)
3 green onions chopped
I dredged the fish in flour seasoned with salt, black pepper, 1sp ground ginger, and garlic powder, then sauteed in mix of butter and veg oil (2 Tbs. each) until crisp. Set aside.
Stir fry all veggies in 3Tbs sesame oil. When done, add 3/4 cup Tsang Classic stir fry sauce, then add fish.
Serve with rice. Enjoy.
By the way, I found that one person can eat an awful lot of this dish.
