Tonight's Dinner
King steaks, marinaded in lemon juice and Lemon Pepper for 30 minutes.
Coat aluminum foil with olive oil, wrap and grill for twenty minutes at 500'.
Bull Red, thoroughly cleaned of blood meat, chunked, dredged in spiced corn meal and deep fried.
Add Green Beans in Rotel, Field Peas & Blackeyes with onion.
Not shown, sliced tomato and cucumber.
Sorry, forgot to get a money shot of it plated.

It was good :eat: Even my kids gobbled up the King, normally, if its not fried frish, they don't eat it. :bow:

Honestly, I am not sure Tom. But your speculation has merit as recent rains would have brought an influx of nutrients into eastern LL and a subsequent increase in macroscopic life feeding on that...
