Do you need to call ahead or just show up with a cooler of fish . I would assume fish need to be cleaned ? Just curious . Something different to consider during my stays. Has anyone tried this ?

You need to have your fish ready to season and cook. Filet is preferred but they will bake a whole flounder if it is gutted and scaled. They will not clean, gut or filet your fish. I just bring a small cooler with the filets in a ziplock bag and tell the server how you would like it prepared.

Mikee's seafood in gulf shores will also cook your catch for you.

Add Big Daddy's grill to the list also. He will also fill your cooler with ice if you eat there.

Make sure your chef eats too :)
I was looking for a place on the beach in P'cola, I was told the Village Cafe will cook my catch for me.
