I took a walk out to look at the water around 9 this morning and the stripped species were coming over the rail. Stayed and enjoyed the slaughter till 10:30 and left. That's the story....

I read a lot where you talk about water temperature. I understand why, but what temp do you think is ideal for the spanish to move in towards the pier?

"IF" I get to the pier next week and "IF" I happen to (as the blind squirrel sometimes gets a nut) bring a sheepie over the rail, what are the chances that I'll be able to get some tips from someone on the pier about cleaning it? I hear they're different?? Temp forecast there is looking a lot better that here  woot! woot!

[/quote] Cut parallel to the spine at the top of the fish behind the head all the way down to the tail. behind the anal fin you can go all the way through the fish. but before it feel where the rib cage is and feel your way down it. Then skin it. Hope that helps

Heard the best way is nail his tail to a board & pressure wash him against his scales.
