your so right, and no snow shoveling,leaf raking, up here either....so I have to get it done for the old folks in the neighborhood ,although the grand daughter has done a few, but it's hard to get her out of bed before noon on her own, I guess time to roll her out
I just stacked a cord of wood for the next door neighbor on his porch 2 days ago....bored I'll tell ya, just helped him out, he works so many hours

I was thinking the same thing, when its full of ice or fish, plus rods & tackle box, pulling on just the rear wheels is going to get tiring quick. Definitely add some front wheels.

if those tires(mounting brackets) aren't through bolted, might even rip out of the plastic cooler with enough weight....anything with some kind of wheels will sure work....it's a long way to the end hand carrying equipment ....I didn't like it on the old pier where it was a little over 1/2 as long

Thanks for the tips guys, the wheel brackets are not bolted thru. I had it loaded up pretty good once to see what it was like pulling it and was pretty good. Didn't go as far as the length of the Pier though. I can see the case for bolting the brackets on however, although I also kinda like the ability to easily remove them as well.

Looks really nice. Have you tried putting some rods in the holders yet and lifting the cooler to walk with it yet? I made one like this a few years ago and the butt of my king rod drug the ground, causing me to make some adjustments to the height of the rod holders. Just my two cents.

Thanks Snake, yeah I had the same problem with my butts dragging, lol! I went to the hardware store and bought some pvc pipe caps and mounted those on the bottoms of the rod holders. So far so good...

I wish I could cure my butt dragging with a little pvc. :p

I Agree DD . Just want do they do for spending money ? It seems not to have anything to do with physical labor .

If the caps are solid you might think about drilling a hole for drainage . Just saying .
