David Conners emailed me back and said he'd do it for 45 dollars. I then asked him if he would sell the kit and he answered:

I will be glad to, but believe me, it is not that easy to do. You have to re-shape the pawl springs and adjust there tension. If it is done wrong you can break the spring. If the cost is a problem, I can help you with that. I am only trying to help you. My service includes new bearing as well as cleaning and installing a new drag washer.

Nice guy! I could probably figure it out but I'll be letting the professional handle it.
