that's what friend over in Pensacola bay would use on a small jig head casted out and reeled in slow along the shallow bottom..... I guess with out the jig head might work....I have never tried it and at 20 for the jar of gulf shrimp....who knows :boohoo:....I guess drop the carolina part and just flip the jig and gulp shrimp und er and work it would be good

3/16 - 3/8 oz red jig head on flouro leader. Size depending on wind/current. Bump it slowly.
