JohnG, I had already mentioned to Carolyn that her tackle was for fresh water, and not to expect much. She was very pleased that day when y'all helped her pick out her new outfit. I was pleased it wasn't a skirt and blouse. No real criticism meant really; we always laugh about her intro to salt water fishing and how it was that she come to it.
If you can't find it at j&m you don't need it. There's also lots of stuff you can find there that you won't need fishing from the surf or the pier. No one at that store will try to sell you anything you don't need and frankly will try to persuade you not to. I found this out first hand shortly after moving here. Great bunch of guys and gals
