Quite possible.
Not sure what the tons of rainwater falling in the gulf will do (hope it kills the hot jellies).
But fer sure the clouds and relatively cooler temperatures have cooled the water temp off 4-5 degrees inshore.
And wah-lah a few kings showed up yesterday...
