There is a storage quota on PMs. I think it is 200. I had to delete everything in my Sent folder to clear out room to send PMs again. Try that. There is a bar on the bottom of your PMs that is red-green. The red is how much you have used.

Try it with IE10 now for me please. Im trying to force the page to load as IE9 inside IE10.
