Check on the ticked off wife or other female co-inhabitant.
Killed a fox one night and put it in the freezer. Mom opened the door
the next day and nearly made me move out!!!

Salt Curing them like John said works the best. I did this last year when dad and I were just coming down on the weekends. It really does make a difference. :bow:

Being a long ways from the pier, I used the johng method and then froze them after immersing the ziplock bag to squeeze air out. Where normally the cigs wouldn't hold up to refreezing, the salt toughened them and the freezer stopped the shrivelling. Used some the other day to catch king that were done last fall.
