Nope, headed for bed for a early rise I have been unable to make yet fishing....need to kill that early bite like the others when I walk on the pier.....I think some of Mr. Wire has got on me

Honestly, I am not sure Tom. But your speculation has merit as recent rains would have brought an influx of nutrients into eastern LL and a subsequent increase in macroscopic life feeding on that...
Rain/Red minnows shortage this...
