Sadly, those of us that have property that was "homeplaces" to ourselves must deal with those who feel they're free to irresponsibly do as they please. As an out of state property owner I allow hunting rights free of charge only to those who would treat the land as if it were their own. Even then, I have discovered illegal dumping that I must take the time(or expense) to have it removed.
In my humble opinion, anyone who willfully defaces private property is one and the same as a thief.
