Yes, hard copies are in the bait shops now. Got mine Tuesday at Safe Harbor Seafood, but all the bait shops and the pier should have them now.

May 19-22 - Hangout Festival.
How bad is traffic and the crowds during Hangout Festival?
Does it effect much around the pier? (maybe there is no chance of parking in the lot)
Trying to figure out when I can make it down there and wondered if I should avoid that time if possible.
