I suggested couple years ago to put in a grinder to chop up the remains but that would be more work for maintenance. I also said I would bring down about 20-30 5 gallon buckets and have everyone bring all there scraps to the dumpster and personnel could bring them back out on the golf carts.

Email sent explaining my experience on other piers where there is no shark problem and comparing to the shark feeding frenzy at GSP.

I have a question I've not seen posed about the shark problem.
Do the other Piers have the reefs deployed near them like the Gulf State Pier does? Could these reefs be holding the Sharks next to the pier.
Were the reefs put in at the same time as the pier and cleaning tables, prior to the shark problem or are they newer?Ragnar Benson:

Heck, after all these years and storms are the reefs even near the pier anymore?

Now theres a thought... The google machine says that the reefs were added when the new pier was built.. At least from the article I'm reading
