Heck yeah, Lengua, Barbacoa and Al pastor are my favorites.

Very thinly sliced tongue, quickly grilled over charcoal is very good.
Very popular in Japanese Yakiniku restaurants, where you grill meats over a charcoal grill in the center of the table.Carl
