I've done a lot of that "standing". After watching Steve the other day I went and bought a lighter rod to see if I can work at king fishing a little more and have a little more success (I'm an old fart with bad shoulders - hard to do much hard fishing).Quote:

The young guy hooked a king on an X-rap on his third cast while Steve worked on his reel. Then I left, apparently, just before Steve caught his king.
It remains to be seen if I can fish as hard as Steve does, doubtful even with a lighter rod, but I know dang well he earns his success.
