    Fishing report

Staying at Phoenix 3 and walked the beach last evening looking for some decent water. A couple small cuts so gave it a try this morning from 6:15 am to 10:15am Only had some frozen shrimp and then cut up a pinfish. Caught 2 small flounder, 3 nice sized whiting, and 2 small jacks. Will fish Perdido pass here in a little bit. Where tomorrow? Go fish

    Nice catch with frozen shrimp.

You might try some fresh dead shrimp east of the pass with Carolina rigs.

Couldn't fish the pass with a million people swimming there. Went back to the same area ( by the condo) and caught some small whiting. Waded out to the first sand bar and fished out from there for about an hour. Nothing. Will fish there { Perdido} tomorrow with fresh shrimp and some finger mullet. Did have a great lunch at Doc's on canal and a happy hour beer or 2 at Cobalt's and some fire cracker shrimp. Lunch tomorrow? Go Fish!

Too many swimming in the pass or East of the pass? If it was me, I’d hit it super early, on the beach east of the pass and start near the east jetty and move along the beach till I found fish. If nothing there, I’d head towards Fort Morgan. Good luck. Catch something for those of us who cannot be there but wish we were there.

Fished 6:15 to 9:30 not much. Lots of bait going through. I suck at fishing. What next? Maybe I should sit at the pool and drink. It would be a lot less hassle and make my wife happier. Where to fish next... Go fish

Last evening caught 4 bluefish and some nice whiting out front of Phoenix 4. One fish took a rod in but I was able to snag the rod and fish with my other rod. Will fish there this morning and then where? Go fish

Watch out for rain showers (moving south eastward) because there is some lightning in them!
