In the late seventy's, fishing out of Destin, we kept our triggers for a pasta salad. Ease skinless, boneless trigger into salted boiling water for four to five minutes, and remove from heat, let stand five to ten minutes. Drain well and let cool. Cook your fave pasta, add celery, onions and mayo. Fold in cooled trigger. Try not to moan and slobber while eating.
