Tater told me about the observation deck on the end....and suggested they should put that money to the parking lot cleaning station and freezer instead.... the state sure knows how to ruin things quick....how much did the zip line cost, and now the barely used convention center

You forgot to mention the ceiling fans and the fountain coke machines. Also plans for shower stalls/fish cleaning booths, going to have a big drain in the center of the floors with basically a giant garbage disposal under each one. The plan is to put all the nutrients back into the water. The toilets will run through them also-nothing goes to waste. Fish up current from them however.

Did I mention the titty bar ?

A zip line from the crow's nest to the snack bar does sound promising, assuming ambulances are on call.

I kind of liked the idea of a tram for senior citizens to and from the Octi. and maybe we could get some trained squirrels to pick up all the trash.

I can't find out where to send an application. If they put in a live fish tank, I can use remoras for nipple dangles.

Mr. Wire, I’m suddenly getting a very disturbing visual on this. I may never be able to unhook another remora again. I may just cut my line instead of bringing them to the deck!

Just announced today, the Pier is scheduled to close for renovation on January 16th. The reopening date is not yet scheduled.
