Thats interesting to know you caught it with a fresh bluefish. Mind me asking what kind of tackle you were using as far as size line, hook, weight? How far your drop was?

Leader: 20/0, 10' of 500# coated stainless cable, 500 barrel swivel, 600# snap swivel, 20'f 500# mono, 500# barrel swivel
Weight, 8oz spider, made of 12" of 1" copper tubing with 10" 2/32" copper legs
Bait: fresh caught 3# Bluefish
Drop: approx 350-400 yards
Where/When: Pensacola in September

Total Length: 11'5" = 137"
Weight: approx 600#
