The north side of the fort near the ferry launch can produce. As well as the close in oil rigs. The current is more managable on the north side of the fort than dixie bar. There is a sunken ship marked just west of dock that might have flounder or specks. The old dock by the fort hold specks and flounder. By the big concrete pillars just west of the fort. Ill let the other chime in other areas.
