I guess I am guilty.....wear it proudly too ....as John said .....we all have our moments....some just more then others :poke1: .... fish on :fishing: :boohoo:..... and for me..... learning every trip for the last 20+ years....never to old to learn :headbang:

If you prefer fishing on the beach alone, that is your choice and there is a report board for that.

If you feel that way about the good folks who fish on the pier, you should start your own forum. I can think of plenty of names for it, but I don’t want to get banned from here.
If JohnG, Peaches,and Pier #er to name a few are considered a googan well I hope one day I will have enough knowledge to be considered one of these Elite fishers.

I could have saved him a trip back to the Hospital or even going in the first place.....have taken care of this a few times over the years on myself from unexpected incidents ....if he would have been willing :poke1:.....just got to push them through once that deep then get a hold of the point sticking through and cut from the treble

I've only been fishing the pier and saltwater in general for 2 yrs! Thanks for clearing up the meaning... I'm most def a "beginner" cause I have no problem asking questions!! I'd rather not be "that idiot"!! LOL :fishing:
I'm still laughing at "at least set the hook right." My wife was a sidearm slinger in our bass boat, but she got away from that once we started fishing the pier. Too too funny. Well, in a respectful way. It had to hurt just a bit at first.

though we all have our moments, there ain't nothing i'd rather do than spend about 12 hours at the GSP, but thats me, you know catch a fish? ring a bell?
I think saltfisher now understands that the members of this pier forum like to pier fish. It's time to let it be ,move on and argue about more important things....
