I LIVED ON THE OLD STATE PIER MANY YEARS AGO!YES MY ADDRESS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE PIER AND NOT WHERE I ACTUALLY STAYED!HARLEY WOULD ALWAYS BE THE FIRST PERSON TO SHOW UP VERY VERY EARLY IN THE A.M.HE WOULD USUALLY GET HIM SOME SAND FLEAS FIRST!I WOULD NORMALLY BE TRYING TO CATCH SPECKS!HARLEY TAUGHT ME SO MANY THINGS ABOUT SALTWATER FISHING!I NEVER SAW THIS MAN LEAVE THAT PIER WITHOUT CATCHING SOMETHING!MAN HE WAS REALLY GOOD WITH THAT WHITE HAIR JIG TIPPED WITH A BELLY STRIP!FLOUNDER BEWARE AND BETTER YET ANY FISH BEWARE WHEN THIS MAN IS ON THE PIER!HAPPY BIRTHDAY ,THANKS AND HOPE TO RUN INTO YOU SOON!
