Grille Fish
What are the best ''shake on'' seasonings for grilled ocean fish? I had some grilled fish (grouper, trigger, snapper) on a grill on the way back in from our trip. I forgot what our deckhand used but he shook it on and the fish was amazing. Any tips?
Thanks for the help.

We use a lot of this stuff; it's good on fish, shrimp, beef, veggies and even makes shoe soles tasty!!!!!!!

+1 on the cavenders. It's good on anything. Orange Beach Fishing Charters sells seasoning that is pretty good to.

Paul Prudohmmes Blackened Redfish Magic or Seafood Magic. Hands down.

Zatarain's blackened seasoning, old bay blackened seasoning, Blackened Redfish Magic or Pilleteri's Cajun Seasoning Pilleteri's - Cajun Seasoning
I use these for blackening fish in a hot iron skillet. I find that grilling tends to dry out my fish too much. Finish with some gouda cheese grits, sautéed asparagus and a big glass of Leroy Hill sweet iced tea.

Lowry's seasoned salt is pretty good as well.

Yep, he dropped by the house Monday, he is doing fine! J/K
He is on Good Morning America all the time. I think Martha Stewart bought him out.

Weber's steak and chop is excellent on fish and everything else
