    EVERYBODY!

    Their website is still crashed.
They have temporary links up @ DCNR
for Fishing & hunting licenses, boat & Alligator hunt registration

Meanwhile either consult the 2013 AL Marine REsources calendar (July) or call MR @251-968-7576

    Ever get the firm answer?

On what the out of state license requirements are for staying/fishing the Four Seasons Pier. I must have missed where it said PUBLIC piers. We'll be down in a couple months, and I'd figured we'd just get a pier license and fish Four Season's pier and the Gulf Shores Pier. Who can I call to get absolute clarification?

Made the call and you can not use a pier license for the Four Seasons pier. Just in case anyone asks in the future.

I realize there may be no limit on the amount of Whiting a person can keep. But, why don't they state it on the Creel limit chart on the State website? Are the fish that are on the chart, the only ones with limitations?

IF they listed ANY non-regulated fish species they would HAVE to LIST THEM ALL!
So if it's not on the regulation list it is NOT regulated ;-)
