FWIW. I picked up one of these rods today and put the butt down in the passenger side floorboard (cluttered) of my 2010 Nissan Frontier extra-cab and the tip was in the opposite corner behind me, just barely touching the headliner. I have no doubt you'll find a spot for one in your Sportage.

You can never have to many fishing rods! I'm building two that are going to customers in Colorado, everytime I build one for somebody I always want to build one for myself haha :fishing:
Jake, you have no clue how many rods I have built for myself while doing ones for customers.
It's hard to make money if you keep building stuff for your self,I only own two.
