ALL RIIIIGHT!! (10:30 a.m.) They've moved landfall back to the east, well away from us----hope it stays there as a prediction and as a fact.

I hope the hits atleast 150 miles to the east.

Re: Storm is starting to sound bad.
Even if it hits east of GS/OB I sure hope the water clears up by the week of Sept 9th when I'm there to fish! Praying for all of you locals. God Bless!

Re: Storm is starting to sound bad.
Let's hope ;-)
Don't let your guard down though...

IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO FOCUS ON THE EXACT TRACK DUE TO THE
UNCERTAINTIES IN THE FORECAST AND THE FACT THAT ISAAC HAS A LARGE
AREA OF TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH IT.(RETIRED) mostly.

Re: Storm is starting to sound bad.
:

IN-accuweather has about THE worst reputation in the weather forecasting industry for over hyping storms such as this.
IMHO what they are doing is criminal and they should be shut down, at the very least their so-called forecasts should come with the disclaimer "For entertainment purposes ONLY!".
oke1:
OFFICIAL advisories and forecasts from NOAA's NWS and NHC are the ONLY sources that should be trusted in weather situations like the current one we are facing.

If you want weather info. NOAA is the best source. When you live here, you need the truth, a storm has zero entertain value what so ever for us.
Another plus with NOAA is there aren’t any popup ads!
When NOAA says it’s time to build the Ark, I’m on it. (pun intended)

This Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for an abundant fishery and a magnificent pier, from which to access that fishery. I'm thankful for the morning view of the sunrise and what a spectacular view it is...
Happy Thanksgiving!
