This is a fresh salsa. Really quick and simple to make. I love eating this with my king mackerel. If you are eating freshly caught and cooked fish, the freshness of the pico de gallo adds a nice opo.

Ingredients:
10 Roma tomatoes diced small
1/2 cup red onion diced small
1/4 cup green bell pepper diced small
1 jalapeño seeded and diced small
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
1 tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1 lime squeezed
large pinch of sugar
2 Tbl oil

Mixx all ingredients together.
